There's been a lot of buzz over the last few weeks about the Super Moon, which is supposed to be at it's peak tonight! What makes it so special? Well, the moon is basically at the closest point to Earth right now. That doesn't mean it will take up half the sky or anything, just that it will look a little bit bigger. To the average person, you might look up at it tonight and think "Wow, that full moon looks cool."
That's about it for hype...
If you're on any kind of social media, your news feed has probably resembled mine, with images of a bright white circle far off in the distance, taken on a smartphone. The most common comment I've noticed is that the moon was a wonder to gaze upon in real life; that the photo didn't do it justice.
